Corman is producing functional butter, anhydrous milkfat, butteroil (AMF), butterghee, butterblend, concentrated cream, natural butter flavour and fW1ctional milk powders for industrial use and retail market. Corman's technology is based on butterfat fractionation (production of low and high melting point), texturisation, colour, flavour adaptation, blending and cholesterol extraction. These butterfats are used in several industries such as dairy, biscuit, puff pastry, croissant, chocolate or margarine industry. In 1985, Corman has developed a new and unique range of consumer butter for the retail market. This range of products includes spreadable butter, low fat butter, decholesterolised butter as well as several blends of butter and vegetable fat. We are open to discuss co-packing and tailored-made products. Also available : light cream and fresh spreadable chocolate paste. Corman exports to more than 80 countries throughout the world.
