BAYAMTAS has started trade since 1945 and owned Lentils Factory, Rice Mill and other 2 factory, has also branch in Mersin Free Zone. The facilities of BAYAMTAS are established on an area of 80.000 m2 with 40.000 m2 of closed area and total storage capacity of 100.000 tons.
PULSES: Rice, red football lentils, red split lentils, chickpeas, white chickpeas, white beans, green lentils, yellow lentils, speckled beans, yellow peas, green peas. vetches, boulgur, semolina, sugar, pasta.
GRAINS: Corn, wheat, barley, soya bean.
SPICE: Cumin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, rosemary, aniseeds, fenugreek, laurel leaves, thyme, black cumin seeds, corianders, millet seeds, tsilban, sumac.
DRIED FRUITS & NUTS: Raisins, sultanas, apricots, hazelnuts, walnut, almond, pistachio, groundnuts, peanut, popcorn, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed.
MOLASSES & SAUCE: Carob molasses, grape, mulberry, juniper, date, licorice root molasses, lemon&pomegranate sauce, apple, grape vinegar, balsamic vinegar, soya sauce.
OTHERS: Orange peel, lemon peel, dried orange, carob, carob seeds, kibbled carob, carob powder, licorice roots, mahleb, locust bean gum, gallnuts.
