COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Specific Terms and Conditions are set out below:
1. This competition is open to all individuals residing in Namibia, however, except employees and immediate relatives of employees of Leap Holdings (Pty) Ltd or its subsidiaries, their advertising agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, who if selected as winners will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.
2. The competition runs from 1 September 2016 – 30 November 2016 (00:00). Entries received thereafter will be invalid.
3. Winners will be selected on the 28th of each competition month, with the entry that receives the most likes being selected as the winner.
4. Consumers are not allowed to enter on behalf of anyone else. The person, whose details are entered, will be the winner.
5. The Winner(s) will be notified via direct message on their Facebook profile, no later than 5 working days after the monthly draw has taken place.
6. Winners will be awarded a groceries voucher worth N$1500.00 at a grocer selected at the discretion of Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd.
7. If a monthly winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the monthly draw, Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to declare that draw as void and to select a new winner as per these terms and conditions.
8. The monthly prize is not substitutional for cash.
9. By entering this competition, users hereby agree to contacted by Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd and its holding company, Leap Holdings (Pty) Ltd for any future promotions and events.
10. By entering this competition, users grant Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd and its holding company Leap Holdings (Pty) Ltd the right to use entry material, including but not limited to submitted images and text, for promotional purposes.
11. Prize winners must avail themselves for a photoshoot, the resulting images of which will belong wholly and completely to Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd. In addition to granting Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd the right to use such images for promotional purposes without remuneration to the winner for such use.
12. Prize winners must also make recipes and cooking instructions for meals included in submissions, upon request, to Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd. In addition to granting Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd the right to use such recipes and cooking instructions for promotional purposes without remuneration to the winner for such use.
13. By entering this promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted the competitions terms & conditions and agree to be bound by the rules which will be interpreted by Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd at its own discretion.
14. Leap Agribusiness (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate this competition at any time at its own discretion.
15. The laws of The Republic of Namibia govern these rules, terms and conditions and by entering this competition participants are deemed to have accepted the competitions terms and conditions and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrate Court of Windhoek for any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
