Clarks is now the biggest producer and supplier of maple syrup in the UK and accounts for over SS% of volume within the UK £13.Sm retail maple syrup market. The range currently includes pure and blended maple syrups, honey, carob and agave syrups, dessert sauces and coffee syrups.
