Since 1927 calfe' carrara selects only the best raw coffees from their countries of origin. Respects a slow roasting way for each individual origin and a proper maturing time to protect the highest quality of the finished products. For this reason our blends are the rerult of many years of research and experience in the co/fee industry for a period of three generations.
