Dr. Schier's Ltd is a Swiss company producing and selling Swiss ;Mountain Honey; and the much sought~after Forest Honey;. Dr. Schier is a renowned paediatric surgeon. He noticed: Honey is often mixed from various sources and treated by the food industry in various ways. He bas retired from medicine became a beekeeper lives on the shores of Lake Lucerne in Switzerland and bas decided to produce now his own pure honey.
Now, the company sells 100% Swiss premiuro honey. The honey is not mixed with other, foreign honeys and is not processed; in any way. Nothing is added, nothing is being taken away and nothing has been changed. Dr. Schier's honey is only centrifuged and filled.
The honey is routinely tested in four independent laboratories, two in Switzerland and two in Germany. In addition, the company donates part ofits profit to bee research projects.
