The Mantova family went into business in 1905. Initially, the family concentrated on trading in a vast range of locally gmwn agricultural produce and soon started specializing in the production of olive oils. Between the 1950's and the 1980's the family business grew to become what is now one of Italy's leading producers of high quality olive oils.
Today, the fourth generation of the Mantova fumily, through its own Compagnia Alimentare Italiana continues the tradition that began over one hundred years ago thanks to a solid and reliable company structure, which combines the flexibility of asmallercompanywith the quality standards and research and development capabilities of a much larger organization.
We are traditionally specialized in the production of: Olive oils, Dipping oils, olive oil Spray; Sauces and Condiments, Bruschetta topping, Balsamic Vinegar, Dressings, Standard and Organic products.
