Albiero dairy factory was founded in the forties in North Italy, where Albiero still collects and processes milk from the mountainous areas of the httle Dolomites. The companyproduces Provolone cheese, strecched rurd1 Provola1 Scamorza, Mozzarella, semi hard and hard cheeses.Albiero has recently extended its wealth of knowledge by also learning how to process Grana padano, Asiago and Pecorino cheese. Albiero dairy has succeeded in exporting its products worldwide asa a result of its growing expertise in the dairy manufacturing sector. Albiero was accreditated with ISO 9001:2008, BRC, IFS, Halal certified and Lactose free certification.
