The management of Ž?K “Pienas LT” is based on the fundamentals of cooperation. The most significant governing body of the Cooperative is its members who devise fundamental plans for the development of the Cooperative at the General Meeting of Stakeholders. The decisions of the meeting are implemented by the Board comprising 15 members. The Chairman of the Board represents the Cooperative when it is necessary to deal with the most important issues related to the interests of the members of the Cooperative and the Administration of the Cooperative is in charge of the procurement of milk produced by the members of the Cooperative, the processing of raw materials at the plant and the realisation of products.
