JSC Agaras was founded in 1991. Iu 1992 when first cattle were bought, was the beginning of esport. Today JSC Agaras is one of the biggestmanufacturer and vendor of fresh meat in Lithuania. Each month around 3000 Lithuanian cattle are slaughtered in slaughterhouse. Capacity of cutting room is 40 tons per shift. Since JSC Agaras oriented main business to production of meat, export turnover increased year by year. fu 2015 turnover reached 26 mlu EUR, esport consist 66% of productiort JSC;Agaras; competency and e.sperience is accredited to the highest Lithuanian and intemationalsafetyand quality requirements by certificates. JSC Agaras is certified according Halal, BIOmea~McDonald's,BRC, IS014001 :2004and Cotporate Social Responsibility Standard
