Halloumia Tis Maroullas started as a small family concern in 1979. The Business involves the traditional method of making Cyprus hallourni, ravioli, anari cheese and traditional Trahana soup. Our company has slowly grown in production and popularity, mainly through word of mouth, with customers appreciating its authenticity and standards maintained over the years. Due to the increase in demand for the product we have moved to our new modern factory which meets all the current EU criteria for such facilities.
Although we have decided to expand production we are still mindful of the requirements of our best customers and as such will maintain the standards for which we are well-known and trusted. As such the company will remain in family concern, concentrating on our good name and high standard products.
